Common questions
Do you build school software from scratch or customise a product?
Usually both. Xyoraa LMS covers the common ground (records, attendance, fees, exams and communication), and we extend or adapt it where your school works differently. A fully custom build is also possible when the workflow calls for it.
Can we bring in our existing student data?
Yes. Students, staff and other records can be imported from spreadsheets with validation, so the office does not have to re-type them.
We have more than one campus. Will it work?
Yes. The platform is multi-branch: an organisation account manages every campus, while each branch keeps its own data, settings and permissions.
Who can see what?
Access is set per role and per module. For example, teachers see their classes, accountants see fees, and parents see only their own children.
