Overview

Why teams bring us in

Most outages and slowdowns come from manual deployments, missing alerts and untested backups — not from choosing the wrong cloud.

We automate the path from commit to production, make the system observable, and document how to recover it. Infrastructure is sized to current load with a clear plan for the next step up.

Deliverables

What we deliver

  • 01

    Infrastructure setup

Servers, networking, databases, object storage and TLS configured for security and reproducibility.

  • 02

    CI/CD pipelines

Automated tests, builds and deployments with GitHub Actions or Bitbucket Pipelines, including rollbacks.

  • 03

    Containers

Docker images for consistent environments; orchestration only where the scale justifies the complexity.

  • 04

    Monitoring and alerting

Uptime checks, error tracking, logs and performance dashboards, with alerts routed to the person who can act.

  • 05

    Cost and performance reviews

Right-sizing, caching, CDN configuration and database tuning to reduce spend without reducing reliability.

  • 06

    Backups and recovery

Automated backups with restores that are actually tested, and written recovery procedures.

Typical projects

Where this work usually starts

  • Moving from manual FTP or SSH deployments to CI/CD
  • Setting up a production environment for a new product
  • Reducing a cloud bill that has grown without review
  • Adding monitoring before a launch or traffic peak

Approach

How we work on it

  1. 1

    Assess the current setup

Deployments, access, backups, monitoring and costs are reviewed and risks ranked.

  2. 2

    Automate deployments

Every change goes through the same tested pipeline, removing manual steps from releases.

  3. 3

    Make it observable

Metrics, logs and alerts are in place so problems are visible before users report them.

  4. 4

    Document and hand over

Runbooks for deployment, rollback and recovery are written and walked through with your team.

Technologies we commonly use

  • Docker
  • Nginx

  • GitHub Actions
  • Bitbucket Pipelines
  • Redis
  • Object storage (S3)

FAQ

Cloud & DevOps: common questions

Do we need Kubernetes?

Often not. Many products run reliably on a few well-configured servers or managed services. We recommend orchestration when the number of services and the scale make it cheaper than the alternative.

Can you work with our existing cloud provider?

Yes. We start from your current accounts and architecture and improve them, rather than migrating for its own sake.
