Overview

Why teams bring us in

Good product design is mostly decisions about what not to show. For dashboards and SaaS tools, clarity under dense data matters more than decoration.

We design in close contact with engineering, so every screen is buildable, consistent and accessible — and the design system maps one-to-one to code components.

Deliverables

What we deliver

  • 01

    Research and user flows

Interviews, task analysis and flow maps that define what each user type needs to accomplish.

  • 02

    Wireframes and prototypes

Low-fidelity structure first, then interactive Figma prototypes for testing and stakeholder sign-off.

  • 03

    Design systems

Tokens, components and patterns with light and dark themes, documented for designers and developers.

  • 04

    Data-heavy interfaces

Tables, filters, charts and dashboards designed to stay readable with real data volumes.

  • 05

    Accessibility reviews

Checks against WCAG 2.2 AA for contrast, keyboard navigation, focus order and form labelling.

Typical projects

Where this work usually starts

  • Redesigning an admin panel that has grown by accretion
  • Designing a new SaaS product before development
  • Creating a design system for multiple products
  • Mobile app design aligned with an existing web product

Approach

How we work on it

  1. 1

    Understand the work

We observe how users actually complete tasks today, including the workarounds.

  2. 2

    Structure before style

Information architecture and flows are validated in wireframes before visual design begins.

  3. 3

    Prototype and test

Interactive prototypes are tested with real users and refined before handoff.

  4. 4

    Design in components

Every screen is assembled from the design system, which keeps the product consistent as it grows.

Technologies we commonly use

  • Figma
  • Design tokens
  • Tailwind CSS
  • React
  • WCAG 2.2

FAQ

UI/UX & Product Design: common questions

Can you design without building?

Yes. We can deliver design only, with developer-ready specifications and a component library, or carry the design through into development.

Do you support light and dark themes?

Yes. Our design systems use semantic colour tokens so both themes are designed and tested together rather than one being derived later.
