When you use the contact form we collect the details you enter: your name, email address and message, and optionally your phone number, company and the service you are interested in.

We use this information only to reply to your enquiry and to continue the conversation you started. We do not sell it or use it for unrelated marketing.

How the contact form is delivered

Form submissions are delivered to our inbox through EmailJS, an email delivery service that processes the message on our behalf. Your message is also stored in our email system as part of our business correspondence.

Cookies and browser storage

This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. It stores your light or dark theme choice in your browser’s local storage so the site remembers it on your next visit. You can clear this at any time in your browser settings.

The performance figures shown on the home page are calculated in your browser for display only and are not sent to us.

Server logs

Like most websites, our web server records basic technical information for each request — such as IP address, browser type and the page requested — to keep the site secure and working. These logs are kept for a limited period and are not used to identify visitors.

How long we keep your information

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to respond to you, to manage any resulting business relationship, and to meet our legal obligations.
